Project Title: Implementation R&D works to launch highly plasticized production and compacted thermodynamically modified beech lumber

Short project description: Project's subject is to implement the results of research and development works that made it possible to develop an innovative method of plasticizing i surface compaction of wood. The new production process will make it possible introduction to the market of a new type of beech lumber, with significant reduction of frontal cracks and surface cracks in the wood, dedicated primarily to the furniture industry and the construction industry (mainly for the production of floors, windows and doors), and wooden packaging industry.

The project assumed two tasks:

1. Hardening the square for machines

2. Purchase of fixed assets, including:

a) Plasticizing and thickening presses

b) Raw material handling lines with debarking machine.

Total project value: PLN 5 910 765.00

Contribution of European Funds: PLN 2 162 475.00
